Grief is a deeply personal experience, and it’s one I’m here to support you through. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard. At Brave Space Psychotherapy, I offer a therapeutic environment that honors your story, meets you with understanding, and empowers you to process and navigate the challenges of grief, loss, and trauma.
Hello there
I believe that we can all do hard things—and it is best when we do hard things together. My journey as a therapist is deeply connected to my own life experiences. My husband and I are the parents of five living children and a son, Finn, who was stillborn in 2010. I am an advocate and caregiver for family members who endure life-altering diagnoses and the inevitable medical and emotional complexities they present. This lived experience has taught me profound lessons about grief, resilience, and the power of connection.
As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating life’s toughest challenges. Whether you’re facing grief, trauma, or a life-changing diagnosis, I offer a compassionate space where all parts of your story are welcome. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at your own pace, honoring your values and strengths as we work toward resilience and renewal.

You will receive intake paperwork to complete which helps me understand your unique background and needs, allowing me to tailor sessions to your needs.
BEGIN SESSIONS
